Photography
We are posting pictures here on Smugmug. We update our galleries a few times each session, usually at the end of the week. We are balancing sharing photos with family and friends with a low impact on the camper's outdoor experience. This is explained in our camp photography philosophy.
Group Photos: Within the first 48 hours we will post informal group photos that include all campers (exception our off-grid camps of Flying Cloud and Red Spruce Grove) Within the first five days, all camps will post their group photos. We commit to making sure your child is represented in these photos.
Activity Photos: During the session, a visiting photographer will be visiting our eight different programs and locations to capture images of different activities and events at camp to later share in social media and on our web. The goal is to capture the mood and activities of camp and you are likely to be disappointed if you look for your child in these photos.

Emails and Social Media
Admissions Updates will be sent on Fridays. This will have helpful reminders about ways to communicate with Camp Staff, drop-off and pick-up information as well as other information.
Camp Newsletters. Each camp will email two to three times during a session to give you the update of what is happening at camp. You can bookmark your camp's newsletter page to easily refer back to them.
General F&W news, there will be an email from Frances three times during the summer.
Social Media we'll continue to post updates during the summer on Facebook and Instagram
Camper Letters - an individualized letter summarizing your child's experience written by their counselors.
Letters and Packages
Campers love letters and packages. USPS can take several days to reach Vermont and we need to sort for each camp. Letters and postcards sent more than five (business) days before the end of camp are unlikely to arrive.

How to Call Camp Directly
If you have any questions please email or call your camp office or infirmary directly. Please reserve telephone and paging calls for immediate needs and emergencies. For all other communications please email your Lodge Head or camp director. For IB and TL, the primary parent contacts are the Lodge Heads so try them first. Click here to access the Family Handbook, which has all the contact info for all camp programs on page 6! Print it out and stick it next to the phone, on your fridge, or wherever you might like a little camp info!
Surveys and Feedback
We want to improve! We also value your time. You may see a pop-up survey on this page and we would love you to fill it out and update it according to your latest experience with us. We'll ask optional follow-up questions if you'd like to give us more specific feedback.
