You can expect a Barn Day Camp camper to return home with greater abilities for...
Confidence Through Independence
From the earliest age at the BDC, campers learn to go on overnights, try new food, choose new activities and discover the joys of being more independent.
Children are outside and in contact with nature. Combining this with intentional teaching in the Farm with plants and animals provide daily opportunities for a greater sense of wonder.
Connecting themselves and each other through conversations happens continually in an age-appropriate way at the BDC in all areas of program.
