Photography 

We share photos from the summer via Smugmug. The galleries are password protected, and we will share the password with families at the beginning of each session.

We update our galleries a few times each session, about once a week. We will get a photo of your camper with their cabin or camp group within 48 hours of their arrival, as well as a cabin photo during the session. We also post general activity pictures so you can see the activities even if your child is not featured.

We thank you for your trust as we balance sharing photos with family and friends with a low impact on the camper's outdoor experience.

Letters & packages

Campers love letters and packages. USPS can take several days to reach Vermont and we need to sort for each camp.  Letters and postcards sent fewer than five (business) days before the end of camp are unlikely to arrive in time for them to receive before heading back home.

Camp Office Numbers are available on page 5-6 of our Family Handbook, found in our Family resource page or the Main Office at 802-422-3761, between 8-4pm, Monday through Friday. Please reserve telephone and paging calls for immediate needs and emergencies.  For all other communications please email your Lodge Head or camp director.  For Firefly Song and Timberlake, the primary parent contacts are the Lodge Heads so try them first.
