Calling F&W Community. Mark your calendars! YOU and your families are INVITED to F&W's Fall Community Weekend & camp reunion September 19-21, 2025! We hope to have you back at your favorite destination at the end of memory lane. Families and children (with supervising adults) are welcome too.  

Fall Community Weekend & Reunion Overview

 Activities will be different at specific camps but the general schedule will be the same.  

Friday, September 19th

• 4:00 - 8:00 PM: Welcome table open
• 5:00 - 8:00 PM: Archives & photos in the Lodge (bring yours to share)
• 6:00 - 8:00 PM: Dinner and chores
• 8:00 PM: Evening welcome & announcements
• 8:15 - 10:45 PM: Archives and activities in Main Lodge
• 11:00 PM: Quiet hours

 

Saturday, September 20th

• 6:30 AM: Barn chores
• 7:30 AM: Breakfast, chores, announcements & singing 
• 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Welcome table open
• 8:45 AM: Silent Meeting
• 9:15 AM: Announcements
• 9:45 AM: Morning Activities
• 12:00 PM: Lunch, chores, announcements & singing
• 1:30 PM: Afternoon Activities
• 4:00 PM: General swim, barn chores 
• 6:00 PM: Dinner, chores, announcements & singing 
• 8:00 PM: Contra dance at Tamarack Farm (with a caller and string band)
• 9:00 PM: Bonfire at TF
• 11:00 PM: Quiet hours

 

Sunday, September 21st

• 6:30 AM: Barn chores 
• 7:30 AM: Breakfast, chores, singing & announcements
• 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Archives & photos table
• 8:45 AM: Silent Meeting
• 9:15 AM: Announcements
• 9:45 AM: Morning Activities
• 11:30 AM: Closing ceremony: songs and appreciations
• 12:00 PM: Lunch, chores, and announcements
